It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Johnson M. Kagondu on January 14th 2013 at around 1pm in Indianapolis from a Massive Heart Attack; two days after he arrived in the USA from his sister’s funeral in Kenya.
He hails from Kagunduini, Kandara, Kenya. He was the son of Paul Gitau and Virginia Njeri. Johnson was preceded in death by his sister Joyce and his brother Peter. He is survived by Sarah Kagondu; his beloved children Lemmy Kagondu and Faith Kagondu of Indiana USA and Jimmy Kagondu of Texas USA. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Jane, Damaris, Martha, Kinuthia, Irene, Lucy, Njiri, and Sophia; several cousins, nephews and nieces in Kenya, and also Edward Muchoki of Georgia USA and Lydia Mugo of Tennessee USA.
