GOSPEL ARTIST SIZE 8’S MOTHER TO BE BURIED IN UGANDA
Gospel artist Size 8’s late mother will be buried at her husband’s family home in Mbale, Uganda.
The Late Esther Njeri was married to a Ugandan from Mbale named Samuel Kirui Munyali and their children have dual citizenship.
According to the Mateke singer’s husband Dj Mo, the burial will be held on Saturday after a requiem service that to held in Nairobi on Thursday.
Dj Mo posted on his Facebook; “Thank you to everyone who showed up yesterday at KAG Church Buru Buru paying tribute to Mama Size 8. Praying of peace and Gods comfort to the family. The late Mrs Munyali succumbed to Kidney related illness last Friday a day after her granddaughter, Ladasha Belle was born.
Her body was taken to Coptic Hospital morgue where viewing was done on Thursday before the requiem service.
The Munyali family and friends had been meeting at All Saints Cathedral to plan the funeral since Monday and will leave the country for Uganda on Friday.
Dj Mo on Wednesday announced that Size 8 and baby Ladasha had been discharged from Karen Hospital.
