Double tragedy for Kenyan pastor in Maryland as two family members die few days apart
Husband and wife die just few days apart: Pastor Maurice Kinyanjui of Silver Spring Maryland and Emily Soroko of Virginia are dealing with double tragedy as they lost two family members in few days.
Pastor Kinyanjui’s sister died died yesterday February 10th 2016 and her husband had died on Saturday February 6th 2016. They were both in the same ward and same hospital when the first death happened. Here below is the obituary message.
It is with sadness but also the comfort, joy and peace of God that surpasses human understanding that I announce the promotion to glory of my beloved sister “Queen” Njoki or Mama Njoro.
Her husband was promoted on Saturday and she followed him today. Both of them will be laid to rest soon.
Please continue to lift my family in prayers. Planning to leave for Kenya on monday February 15th God willing.
We will be having a prayer vigil at my house on Sunday February 14th, from 3pm-6pm.
