He has graced the Kenyan television screen since time immemorial and as a result is hailed as one of the pioneers of the Kenyan acting industry.

Most people know him as ‘Kiongozi wa mashka'(the prosecutor) in seasoned court KBC comedy series ‘Vioja Mahakamani’ but his real name is Gibson Mbugua.
Mr Mbugua was introduced to acting and the industry in 1980 by the late Benson Wanjau aka Mzee Ojwang’.
Despite being a household name, little is known about Mr Mbugua’s personal life.
Recently, the interwebs were stunned when a photo of his lovely family surfaced on the internet.
