There was drama on Kenyatta Avenue in Nairobi on Tuesday after a motorist refused to have his car towed by a breakdown truck.
According to a police officer controlling traffic on the road, the motorist was flagged down for a traffic related offence. He allegedly attempted to drive off before he was blocked by the tow truck and his car chained.

A video posted on the internet shows the motorist turning his vehicle despite being chained to the tow truck. He is also seen showing the police officer his driving licence from inside his vehicle with the windows rolled up.
