It has finally been confirmed that American Superstar Chris Brown will be coming to Kenya.
The RnB singer is scheduled to rock Mombasa on October 8, curtain-raised by Nigerian artist Wizkid.
Dubbed Mombasa Rocks Music Festival, the event is a twelve-hour outdoor music festival will open its doors at 2pm on the 8th October, continuing with the festivities until 2am the next day.
Asked why they’ve waited so close to the festival to make the big announcement, Alexadre Helaine, market manager Moet Hennessy eastern Africa said, “We wanted to make it a surprise for everyone, that is why we did not say anything before, until we were near the concert date.”
Moet Hennessy are the main sponsors.
Regular tickets are going for 10.000 shillings, but it will cost you Sh20,000 of a VIP ticket and Sh50,000 for a VVIP ticket.
