Man who claimed to be Ntimama’s son wants body exhumed

The 60-year-old man who claims to be a son of the late Cabinet Minister William ole Ntimama is now seeking to have his body to be exhumed from the grave.

Mr George Kariuki Njoroge wants the court to issue orders for the exhumation of Mr Ntimama’s body so that he can extract tissue samples for DNA analysis.

In his amended suit on Tuesday, he wants the court to declare that he is a biological son of the deceased and is entitled by law to have his name.

He also wants the court to order that he is entitled to inherit Mr Ntimama’s property and be joined as a beneficiary of his estate.

He has sued the deceased’s wife Mrs Dorcas Pedelai Ntimama, Lee Funeral home, Kilimani location area chief and the Attorney General.
