  1. We are humbled to announce the promotion to glory of Dr Eliud Maina Wangusi from Kenya on Friday 2/24/17 from his long bravely fought battle with pancreatic cancer. Prayer meetings and fellowship are held at his residence. Dr Wangusi will be buried at his home in Maturu, Kakamega, Kenya. Donations will support the family in sending his remains from his home in Arizona USA to Kenya to be laid to rest. contact for details and funeral arrangements to follow.we are floored by the support both online and at home given to us. My dad had been diagnosed with the cancer 14 years ago and was not expected to live a year back then. He fought and underwent chemo, radiation and 2 whipple procedures during that time. His condition deteriorated in the last 9 weeks and mid january he was still independent and of good health. Needless to say, he was strong and knew what was coming. He prepared us as a family and friends that he was at the tail end of his battle. We are thankful for the support to send him back to his ancestral land for burial especially as his cancer was a pre existing condition, he was unable to get medical or life insurance from the time of his diagnosis 14 years ago. we would like to thank everyone again and appreciate everything..
