Death has occurred of Lucyann Mwikali Nyamai in Austin, Texas. Lucyann who leaves behind a 2 year old son died after undergoing surgery and had no close relatives in the US.
She hails from Kasinga sub-location of Machakos county. She is survived by her parents, Joseph Nyamai Kivivu and Catherine Muthoni, a brother and two sisters.
The Kenyan community in Austin is inviting friends and well wishers to a funds drive on Friday July 18th, 2014 at the Falcon Pointe Resident’s Club House, 19015 Falcon Pointe Blvd, Pflugerville, TX 78660 from 6-9 P.M. to help take her body to Kenya.
