Police in Mombasa are holding three suspects including two ex-military officers accused of posing as police officers and fleecing money from members of the public outside banking halls in the coastal town. The three had carried out these activities for over a month before police caught up with them in Athi River’s Mlolongo area. Violet Otindo brings us that report.
