The Group CEO of CIC (Cooperative Insurance Company of Kenya) Mr.Nelson Kuria will be in Seattle Washington on March 29th and 30th for a Investment/funeral solution meeting. C.I.C which is owned by the Cooperative SACCOs in Kenya is the fastest growing insurance Company in Kenya and ranks position 2nd in terms of Market share. Mr.Kuria will be accompanied by Evangelist Isaac Kariuki of the Diaspora Messenger and Jack Kionga, Asst. MD Life in CIC.
As you are aware, the implementation of Vision 2030 which has already heralded the new constitution creates a tremendous opportunity for saving and investing in Kenya for our community. As a community, we need to ensure that all Kenyans have an effective financial plan for their future and we believe that these meetings will be invaluable in opening up opportunities for our community. Also, since Kenyans living in the Diaspora have experienced difficulty when a fellow Kenyan living in their community dies and the cost of repatriation is borne by friends and family,CIC will offer solution to this problem.
