President Uhuru Kenyatta is in London for the London conference on Somalia which is expected to start on Tuesday. The President is also expected to hold bilateral talks with UK Prime Minister David Cameron. The visit is seen as a change in policy by the UK government that had previously maintained that it will only have ‘essential contact’ with ICC suspects.
