A couple’ s dream to be legally married was rudely interrupted after a woman who claims to have been married to the groom and have five children with him stormed the venue and stopped the wedding. The incident which occurred at the registrar of marriages office in Nakuru county happened in the wake of the proposed marriage bill 2013 which seeks to put in place strict rules to safeguard the institution of marriage which has in the recent past been abused.
