Worrying is carrying future loads with today’s strength. When you think of unseen days in the present time it’s like moving into tomorrow ahead of time. Worrying will never erase the problems and sorrows of tomorrow, but rather it will take away the strength of today.
If you encounter a problem in a situation that can be solved, then you don’t have to worry since there is a way out of it. When the situation is not fixable, then it is by nature that it has no way out and even then worrying will not fix that particular issue.
The word of God encourages us not to worry about our lives, what we eat or drink; or about our bodies, what we will wear. Life is more important than food, and the body more important than clothes. Most are the times we worry our minds with things that are not of so much importance; “where do I get fuel for my car?” Or “my house needs some leather seats”. Instead, you should be thanking God that you have food, you are in good health and you have a roof over your head. Worrying about things consumes all the time you had for finding a solution.
“Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own”
