Miami man Derek Medina posts sick Facebook photo of dead wife Jennifer Alfonso with apparent murder confession: ‘I’m going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife.
The troubling picture of Jennifer Alfonso’s body appeared on her husband Derek Medina’s Facebook page on Thursday morning. The woman’s 10-year-old daughter from a previous relationship was in the house at the time of the killing, but was unharmed, authorities say.
The post on Derek Medina’s Facebook says that he killed his wife, Jennifer Alfonso, because she was punching him and he could no longer deal with the ‘abuse.’
