Video:ICC Maintains All Is Well With Its Witnesses

The office of the prosecutor at the International Criminal Court maintains that all is well with its prosecution plans and that there are no crises over it’s lined up witnesses. Contrary to defense teams assertion that it was ill prepared to prosecute the cases against Deputy President William Ruto and journalist Joshua Sang and that it was struggling to secure witnesses presence at The Hague, the prosecution office says there is nothing unusual with its request for adjournment as witnesses are not always available when scheduled to due to human nature. In any case, it argues, the witness delay was communicated in good time to the defense team. Silvia Chebet reports
