Siaya senator James Orengo and his Machakos counterpart Johnstone Muthama have maintained that they are the ones who advised former Prime Minister Raila Odinga that the military was used to rig last year’s elections. They insist they still believe that is exactly what happened in and any person who expects an apology over that assertion should face the two of them and not Raila Odinga.
