Kenyans in Lowell moans tragic loss of family and relatives in the Salgaa road accident along the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway that claimed 11 Lives.
The jubilation of residents of Nyathuna village in Nakuru County turned into mourning, after nine of their people died in a road accident at Salgaa along the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway.
We the Family of James Mutungi,Nick Mutungi and Annie Ngige of Lowell,Massachusetts were affected by the tragic road accident that happened last Saturday on Nakuru-Eldoret Highway road (Salgaa black-spot), that resulted in the death of 11 People that included family members and friends from a whole Village Nyathuna in Nakuru.
The Lowell family is inviting all, friends and relatives for Support and Prayers to help with the funeral expenses of the deceased who hailed from one village.
Prayers have been planned for Wednesday the 12th 2014 starting at 5Pm. Venue: 106 Highland Ave,Lowell,MA.

The nine were among others returning home from a dowry ceremony, and are among 12 people who died as a result of the accident.
The truck’s brakes are said to have failed as it descended the steep stretch from Sachangwan towards Salgaa in the 7.15pm accident. The vehicle first hit a motorcyclist, seriously injuring him and damaged three other vehicles.
A survivor, Mr James Kinyanjui, said he was seated in the front next to the driver, when he heard a loud bang from behind and then the matatu was thrown off the road.
Among the dead is a couple, Mr Samwel Ngurugu Gathumbi and his wife Martha Wangui, who had accompanied their neighbour, Mr Geoffrey Ng’ang’a, to pay bride price to the family of his gospel musician wife, Tabitha.Samrack.com
