Kariobangi North residents were yesterday left in shock after a man in civilian clothes was seen walking around carrying what looked like an M16 riffle.
The man allegedly claimed he was a soldier stationed at Moi Airbase, and was heading to the garage to check his car.
There were reports that he was drunk.
In Kenya, regular and administration police do not carry M16 riffles, but are often seen with AK47s and G3s. Only KDF soldiers are see with this American weapon.
