Machakos county Governor Dr. Alfred Mutua is accusing the Ethics And Anti-Corruption Commission of being used by his political detractors to intimidate him and slow down development in his county. Mutua says he has experienced a series of intimidating actions by the commissions and other agencies since he announced his opposition to the ongoing rallies organized the Coalition For Reforms and Democracy-CORD. Mutua is now calling on parliament to investigate the conduct of the anti-graft body.
