Video:“My First Job Was in Mjengo”(Mason) – Alfred Mutua

When you look at Machakos County Governor, Dr Alfred Mutua, it would be hard to imagine he came from humble beginnings. He has been the best performing governor in the country without a doubt, he has served as the Government’s spokesman and he is a filmmaker famed for the local production of Cobra Squad.

But away from his achievements and a closer look at his personal life, Capital FM sought to find out those intimate details of the governor that most of us are not aware of. What caught my eye though is the unbelievable fact that Dr. Alfred Mutua’s first job was as a mason, in local dialect – Mjengo(koroga).
