Ruto leaves for Geneva to represent Uhuru in WTO meeting

DP William Ruto leaves the countRy Tuesday evening for Geneva, Switzerland to represent President Uhuru Kenyatta at the World Trade Organization(WTO) public forum scheduled to start tomorrow.

The meeting will focus on the need for Africa’s leaders to promote trade on the continent by encouraging intra-Africa trade through economic integration.

The building blocks for this integration are the regional economic groupings which are expected to eventually give way for an African Continental Free Trade area by 2017.
