Police on Sunday night raided Masjid Musa and Sakina mosques in Mombasa in a bid to flush out radical youths. One person was shot dead in the incident and over 250 youths arrested.
Those arrested are currently in Mombasa police stations. Police say grenades and crude weapons were recovered in the dawn raid.
