1. Tell your mind that you are not going to worry about anything

2.Believe that God loves you and has your interest in His arms-Hebrews 11:6

3.Read the Bible every day and allow its teachings to guide you-2 Timothy 3:16-17

4.Be a man/woman of prayer. Pray for yourself and others-1 Thessalonians 5:17; Matthew 7:7

5. Be satisfied/content with what you have -Philippians 3:13-14

6.Avoid living other peoples lives

7.Choose Jesus to be first, best and last in all that you do -Matthew 6:33

8.Know that there is no situation that is permanent
