Former Embakasi MP Ferdinand Waititu and his four associates have been charged with taking over 10 acres belonging to Sahihi Housing Ltd.
Mr Waititu, Mr Joseph Ongete, Mr Peter Ochieng, Mr Philemon Oloo and Mr Naftal Ogolla are said to have started subdividing a property in Hurlingham, Nairobi, on December 5, 2011 so as to sell it.
The case will be mentioned in March.
