Linda Wanjiku Irungu’s killer husband Denied Bail In Murder Case
The owner of Latitude Nightclub in Nairobi’s Buruburu estate accused of killing his wife has been denied bail by the High Court.
Erastus Odhiambo was denied bail before Justice Luka Kimaru with the prosecution arguing he might interfere with potential witnesses.

Justice Kimaru however indicated that the accused will be allowed to file the bail application afresh at a later date after rejection of his bid today, Tuesday.
Odhiambo was accused of murduring his 27 year old wife Linda Wanjiku Irungu on 12th December 2014.
The case will be heard from 13th to 14th October 2015.
