KBC Never Fired The Vitimbi Crew, Information Secretary Says

Matiang’i said that their contract with the broadcaster expired paving way for their exit.

He noted that the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC)does not owe the Vitimbi crew anything.

KBC’s Managing Director Waithaka Waihenya said the government will settle Mzee Ojwang’s hospital bill.

He further noted that the broadcaster will have a meeting with the Vitimbi crew to solve all the emerging issues.

The Vitimbi crew calimed that their contract had not expired but were fired on grounds of old age.
