Marc Engel, Unilever CEO for East Africa said the Global Future Leaders’ League competition covers creativity and innovation, opportunities for international engagement and dedication to a cause, which are the three key qualities students look for in an employer.

“Embedded within this unique leadership challenge is our Unilever Sustainable Living Plan, Unilever’s blueprint for sustainable growth. Here you will have the chance to understand a leading business from the inside, to be developed by our top leaders and to start building the skills you need to become a future leader,” he added.
