Being  pardoned  for committing a  crime of murder may be the best thing that could  happen to a convict. But what if your family rejects you because of your dark past.

That is the predicament facing one James Mureithi Weru, an ex convict who was pardoned by President Kenyatta, after  some of his relatives in Nyeri  vowed not not welcome him back  after spending 42 years in prison.
