While Addressing residents at Garissa Lodge, Eastleigh in Kamukunji Constituency, Ruto’s security detail had rough time trying to control the crowd as everybody wanted to shake Ruto’s hand.This is now proving dangerous for the president and his deputy as they are fond of mingling with wananchi.
