We’ve come across a letter addressed to Cord leader Raila Odinga by the mythical ’36 bloggers’.
This is a term coined by some Twitter users to refer to their fellow Twitter users allegedly paid by the government for online support. It was claimed that State House was making regular payments to 36 individuals for propaganda.
Whether they exist or not, someone decided to embrace the term and wrote this half sarcastic open letter to Raila.
