VIDEO: Former Tharaka Nithi governor denies claims he stole county generator

Former Tharaka Nithi County Governor Samuel Ragwa is pushing back on claims that he stole a county generator found at his hotel.

Ragwa says he borrowed the generator that had been reported stolen from the county government. It has been more than 100 days since a new governor took over in Tharaka Nithi but the former county chief had not bothered to return the generator.
