According to Professor Teddy Njoroge Kamau who is the founding partner and patron of Kenya Pastors Association Conference USA (KPAC), “Pastor Mutisya was one of the founding members of KPAC and a dedicated shepherd of the flock of Christ. He has been a great blessing to Kenyans in the Diaspora.” Pastor Mutisya is a graduate of AIC Seminary in Kijabe, Kenya. He also graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and worked as an assistant pastor to Pastor Shadrack Ruto of Upendo Church, Dallas Texas. He and his wife have one daughter.

Pastors are encouraged to reach pastor Shadrack Ruto: 214.395.8774. A go fund me account is operative and the family prays that the Kenya community joins in this effort to support the family with medical bills and other expenses. Pastor Mutisya is still in a coma at this time.
