Nollywood actor Jim Iyke arrived in Nairobi yesterday afternoon for a three-day “surprise visit”.
According to his management, Christopher Grey of Greyology, Jim is part of a cast for a movie that will be part shot in Kenya by a Canadian producer.
He will be in the country for rehearsals in preparation for the new Canadian film set to be shot in March this year.
Christopher told Word Is, “Unfortunately I can’t release the information of the (movie) location to you yet and the actual film is not being shot till March but he’s here for rehearsals.”
The multi-award winning actor recently hosted the Golden Icon Film Awards in Houston, Texas. He is also currently shooting his mega reality TV show ‘Jim Iyke – Unscripted’ to be aired on international networks later this year.
The Nigerian actor was in Kenya last year December taking part in charity projects organised by Make A Change, a charity initiated by Jamaican dancehall queen CeCile and Christopher Grey.
