Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous. Notice fear is a belief not a fact, just a belief. When we let that belief take over our lives we question, we worry and we do not dare go the extra mile. When we live with fear we limit our potential to live up to what the Lord expects of us. Our chances to excel are limited and our faith in God is minimized.
As Christians we forget the power that God has bestowed upon us. The Bible clearly states that, God has given us authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; and nothing will harm us (Luke 10:19).
So if you have that kind of power and authority, what is holding you back from pursuing what the Lord has put in your heart? What is hindering you, that you and God cannot handle? The Lord has given you a go ahead so let fear not be the barrier between you and your destiny.
Isaiah 41:10:So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
