McClure Middle School on Queen Anne hill is hosting Nairobi Girls Chorale, a young female singing group from Nairobi, Kenya. They will be performing at McClure at 3 – 4 pm on June 6th 2013.
This is a fantastic opportunity for members of the Kenyan community in Seattle to come out and welcome these children and show them support.
According to the organizers of the tour, the last few of the singers have their visas in hand! They depart Nairobi Tuesday, 5/21 at 10:15 PM and arrive in Seattle on Wednesday, 5/22 at 11:00 PM.
