Former Transport Licensing Board chairman Hassan ole Kamwaro is agonising over the death of his daughter in Germany under unexplained circumstances.
The decomposing body of Ms Jennifer Naserian Kamwaro, 30, was found in an apartment in Cologne city.
The former Ole Tipis Girlsโ High School student was living with a boyfriend in the apartment.
โAccording to reports we received from social media, police found her decomposing body and it was estimated that she had been dead for almost three weeks,โ said Mr Kamwaro.
A Mr Nelson Muriuki posted the news on Facebook asking for anyone with information on the whereabouts of the deceasedโs next of kin.
โWe have subsequently contacted the Kenyan embassy in Germany and asked them to preserve the body until we decide who will travel there before a postmortem is done,โ said Mr Kamwaro.
He said that his daughterโs friends in Cologne had proposed that the body be cremated due to its condition but the family wants the body brought home for burial.
