Janet Museveni is Africa’s most decent First Lady-Where is Kenya?

The index also singles out the fact that Janet doesn’t compromise her dignity in her dress code.
The survey looked at how Africa’s First Ladies have dressed and carried themselves out in the last 12 months.
Janet came top in the top 10 scoring 7.90 points out a possible 10.
The Global Decency index top mark, thanks to her great sense of fashion that does not only present her to the public as a respectable personality but also inspires many youthful ladies and young African girls.”
