The cases involving police frustrations leading to violent crimes have not helped the case. Every now and then, a cop will make headlines for going rogue.
The latest to go viral on social media, is a cop who was visibly ‘wasted’ from a drinking spree to even walk home without stumbling down. Worse still, he had with him his rifle.
