Financial Appeal: Reena Cheruiyot, a Kenyan lady in Dallas, Texas was involved in a car crash on Saturday 22nd October at around 7am. The accident left this Kenyan Diaspora woman facing a significant loss as she battles with severe injuries.
Speaking to Jamhuri News, Neema Moseti, her close friend said Reena, a resident of Irving, Texas was driving home on Dallas tollway when the accident happened and she was rushed to Medical Center of Plano where she’s still undergoing treatment.
Reena’s hand was badly crushed, killing the nerves. The doctors say she can never have any control of that hand again and will eventually lose her fingers, marking a sad outcome for this Kenyan Diaspora woman due to the accident.
Financial Assistance Urgently Needed
Ms. Cheruiyot is seeking financial assistance from friends and the community to cater for her hospital bills and physical therapy as well as personal billsfor the time she will not be working, adding to the stress on a Kenyan Diaspora woman facing the loss of mobility.
