We focus on providing the highest level of hospitality and courtesy services to our clients hence our quest for fitting talent to join our teams.

We are seeking Customer Service/Concierge associates to join our team of professionals! You will be responsible for meeting and greeting guests/residents at our client locations. Each and every interaction you have is expected to be within our organization’s culture of hospitality and courtesy. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome and attended
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints while following escalation processes where necessary
• Document and update record/reports based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the workplace and its environs
• Prepare and submit shift reports to include occurrences and incidents

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have a service oriented mindset and be capable of making every guest feel valued
• Competent working with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of basic office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, etc
• Willingness to work irregular shifts, weekends and holidays will be an added advantage
