The KENYA Airlift program seeks to unify progressive-minded Kenyan students in the US Universities they take them to. New applications target schools with more of the program’s students so that they can form a close-knit community whereby they can share their experiences and challenges they might encounter there hence their stay there gets more enjoyable.
Pascal Mwavaga a Kenyan student in the University of Delaware in Newark says the program has taken the highest number of Kenyan students in the school. She adds that besides those in the program they have been linked up with other Kenyans in different fields there who have been instrumental in their smooth transitioning.
