Video-‘Distraught’ AP kills two revelers in Kawangware

In yet another suspected case of a law enforcement officer turning rogue, an administration police officer shot dead two revelers at a nightclub in Nairobi’s Kawangware area. The officer is said to have had an argument with one of the patrons, after which he stormed out of the club, And as NTV’s Vincent Oduor reports, the AP returned with a loaded gun, and then started to indiscriminately shoot at the revelers.
