Plea allowed

On July 26, High Court Judge David Majanja allowed Ngegi to challenge the report. He accusesย TJRCย of failing to accord him a hearing before making its conclusions.

Mrs Mugo also told the High Court last Friday that the matter was urgent because she had been linked to irregular acquisition of beach plots.

High Court Judge Mumbi Ngugi allowed her to seek orders againstย TJRC.
