Diaspora Village truly become the location. An agent took me to see land in Isinya that was 5km from Diaspora Village. He kept insisting that the land was 3km from an estate being built by Kenyans in Diaspora. Funny part was that the agent actually insisted on showing me where diaspora village was. Major development is that, we have not been chasing anyone who booked a plot on loan, simply because we did not have a system to manage the loans. We have now finally solved this problem. We have a microfinance system. We will now be able to manage all loans effectively.
Good news is that anyone who booked a plot , and does not have a deposit can take advantage of our 36 months ZERO DEPOSIT payments plan.
