An Administration Police Officer stationed inย Narok County was on Friday caught on camera scaring off locals by brandishing his G3 rifle, threatening to shoot residents on the streets.
It is reported that the officer fired 22 times in the air, forcing the passersby to run for their dear lives.
The officer identified asย Owino, persisted with his unruly conduct for more than one hour before his colleagues managed to subdueย him.
In the video clip making rounds on social media, Owino is heard complaining about a senior police officer who has been frustrating him at work.
Heย alleges that the officer hasย forcefully beenย taking part of his meagreย salary from him.
Owino was, however, arrested andย taken to theย Narok Police Station.ย Officers indicated that investigations had been launched into the matter.
