Kenya’s entertainment industry is mourning the death of Maende Shikuku, well known for her role in popular NTV series, Pray and Prey, where she featured as Petronila.
According to reports, Maende is said to have fallen ill on friday before she was rushed to the hospital where she died.
The incident comes barely a month after Former Capital FM radio presenter Grace Makosewepassed on. Ms Makosewe was found dead at her apartment in Nairobi.
The news of Maende’s departure shocked many with her colleagues in the acting industry sending their heartfelt condolences.
