Politicians are out greeting actual people, kissing babies and some even making promises they will not fulfill.

President Uhuru too is vote hunting, as he should and is seen driving Maasai Girls students in a new bus. An excited President drives the girls and then hands the keys to the bus to one of the teachers.

Narok County, Kenya — In a heartwarming and symbolic gesture during a vote-hunting tour, President Uhuru Kenyatta surprised many. He personally took the wheel of a brand-new school bus to give a ride to students from Maasai Girls Secondary School.

The visibly excited students were all smiles as the Head of State drove them around. It created a rare and memorable moment that drew cheers from onlookers. After the short drive, President Kenyatta officially handed over the keys of the bus to one of the school’s teachers. It marked the donation of the vehicle to the institution.

The event, seen by many as both a show of goodwill and a strategic move to connect with the local community ahead of upcoming elections, was received warmly by residents. Education stakeholders also received it warmly.
