Late Njenga Karume’s daughter Jane Mukuhi Kihato to be buried in Israel
The family of the late veteran politician Njenga Karume has been thrown into another mourning following the passing on of the Kiamba MP’s daughter, Jane Mukuhi Kihato.
Jane, who was the wife of the late captain James Kihato Matu, was described as a source of love, joy and strength to her immediate family and those who interacted with her.
According to the family, the late will be laid to rest in Israel at Bahan Kibbutz.
A memorial service to celebrate her will be conducted in Nairobi on a later date. Jane left behind three children namely Peter, James and Cherie. Recently, the family lost Michelle Karume who died in the US after a long battle with cancer.
The 26-year-old Michelle had penned a post appealing for financial support to enable her access proper medication.
“The clock is ticking while every day I sit by my phone to hear some good news on funds, but three months later I am waiting here; still waiting for my phone to ring, but in return I get less communication to a point nobody can pick up my calls,”
she wrote. She was the granddaughter of the former billionaire politician.
