A 37 year old Kenyan was found dead in his apt in Finlay Ohio. This is another sad story, one that is so common in Diaspora especially in America.
Mr.Francis Peter Mungao was living alone in Finlay, a small town in Ohio which according to Jane Nyakio Mwaura, a sister in-law of Mr.Mangao has a population of very few Kenyans.
Francis worked the whole day on Tuesday 4th January and went back home in the evening where neighbors saw him come in and go to the store.
On Wednesday, he failed to report to work and his manager called him with no response.
At 6 pm, the manager decided to go to his house but after knocking on the door several times with no answer, he went to the Land lord who came and opened the door.
Upon opening the door, they saw Francis on the floor and it is at that time they called the police.
Mr.Mungao was in Britain before coming to the U.S in 1999. He went to school in a University in Finlay where he completed his masterโs degree.
He was the son of Grace Wanjiru Gachungi of Magiwa Estate Nairobi, Brother to Samuel Mwaura of Cincinnati Ohio, brother in-law to Jane Nyakio Mwaura (USA), brother to Christine Wairimu Goulden. London (UK) and Christopher Gachungi in Kenya.
Friends and family are meeting daily for prayers at Samuel Mwauraโs residence at 4820 Crosskey Dr.South Lebanon Ohio Apt 101 45065.
